Three days ago i just learned how to cut beaver. It was really fun to cut one and i cut another one just yesterday. I even took some picture to show how i learned to cut a beaver. Other may have learned it differently but i learned it the way my family does it or how ever that is. Well anyways here we go.

1. Cut all the feet and hands off before you start cutting the beaver. only cut them underneath the feet and hands not all the way by the body or something like that. It will look like a chicken once you take the feet and hands off.

2.Then after all the legs have been cut. Very slightly the middle of the the body. From the bottom but you want to cut around the where it pees to the top of the body and stop near the mouth. but you don't want to cut all the way to the guts.

3.After that you take the fur off, you want to make sure that you don't tear the inside of the fur.

4.Now that you have cut the fur off, you cut the middle and take the guts out and put it in the dog food.

5. Cut out all the legs and arms off, the body and the ribs will be left even the hips.

6. Cut the side of the stomach like in the picture it would turn out like that. Oh yea put the meat you cit out in the dog food also.

7.Then you cut all the parts of the body into parts, all you have to do is follow the joints. as you see below. Like cut out the ribs from the back bone and cut the back bone into chunks.

8. some parts of the ribs you take off like the top part of it. Then you cut then ribs into how many parts only when it's small and when the beaver is a big one then you cut it rib by rib.

9. You put the hands and feet in a trash bag and the fur but most people hang them to dry.
10. Last but not least put then in a ziplock to put in the freezer to keep for foods. All the body parts that you cut up step 7. Oh yea fill the bag half way to the top.

Riding/crashing yesterday with an Elan

Yesterday Nick and I went riding around our village and on the river, but mostly on the river. We went through water, some were deep and some were not so deep. It was really fun going through deep water and crashing on the ice.
This is my second year going riding with my brother Nick and the second year going through water except this year is was at the river. Last year it was at the pond when everything was melting and close to summer. This year it's at the river when everything is freezing and when kids are sliding or people. Also the first time crashing with my brother Nick.
Oh well anyways, while i was trying to clean my room but was actually fixing my nails, Nick asked me "Do you wanna go riding?"
"Can i go riding?" I said.
"I asked Andrew(My older brother) if we can use the elan." He said
"I guess so."
"you gonna get ready?"
"Yah." Then we got ready and went riding. At first we went to the mouth of the river and went through water, it was real deep, but fun. We went real fast to the river of Oscarville, we saw couple people sliding and went to go see them. At the same time we went through water, like i said some were deep and some were shallow.
It was real fun especially going through deep water. Well anyways we went to go see them and there was Chinace(A.K.A Issa girl), Anissum, William(A.K.A Sim), Kalila, Henry, and Lyle. We talked to them for a bit, and went riding again but this time it was awesome. We went through more water, deep water. When we went through shallow water and thin ice was on top of it, all of a sudden the elan turned over. Next thing i now it was couple inches away from Nick and the elan. Nick was with the elan and on the ice, He goes "You okay?"
"Yah how about you?"
'Yah." we went back on and went to go see them people again.
I said to Issa "Did you see that?"
"No" she said, "What happened?" I think thats what she said can't remember. But Anissum said he saw that. I'm skipping some part of the things so yea.
Nick said that Lyle and him were gonna go riding for a bit and i said okay. Issa told me to follow her to her house for a bit and to get somethings. We went back outside and by the school river, and saw that they were back.
They put the sled back, we were talking for a while, and people went home or something. Nick and I went to go riding some more and went to the Lagoon or pond. We almost crashed couple times, and Nick let me drive the elan and i was very happy well not really. We got up to my house and switched and went around the river near the Kuskokwim river. Went back up and went home, it was a lot of fun.
Couple hours later i found out that i had a bruise on my knee and Nick had some scraps but not that bad and maybe on the knee, i have to ask again. Well anyways we had fun, and also today i found out that i had another small bruise on my albow, it was funny. I really wanted to share my fun weekend with everyone. :)

Status is defined as the standing a person has in a group to which he or she belongs.  What are some things that give a person status? How can you tell that a person has status?

Answer: When a pencil is with a group of pens, and the pencil doesn't belong with a group of pens. Somethings that give a person a status: when people become movie stars. Even when someone does something good or something bad like steeling something. We can tell how the person has status by reading them on news paper or on a magazine. Another way we can tell is by how they are acting.
